Our mandate is to establish what our candidates are trying to achieve in terms of their careers, aspirations and drivers, subsequently how exactly we can help them achieve this. From the 'out-set' we aim to meet and speak with all candidates to gain a clear understanding of their needs before we even start to discuss suitable positions.
Once you have met with or spoken to a member of our team, we will update our systems and make sure every consultant is aware of your search criteria so that you can be considered for any suitable roles that come available.
We are also extremely pro-active in our approach, in that we give the opportunity to the job seeker to determine exactly which market, what level, and in many cases in which organisation they would like to progress their careers.
